Fruit Flow is a fruit and nut smoothie brand that's marketed towards female athletes. The brand's aims to raise awareness about the menstrual health of athletes.
25% of female athletes report chronically missed periods due to overtraining and dieting. The health consequences of this include increased risk of osteoporosis and bone fractures, heart attacks, infertility, and vaginal and breast atrophy.
For this project, I took inspiration from the riot grrrl movement to create a brand that was both feminine and aggressive in its mission to raise awareness about an issue overlooked by many.
