InformNYC is a mobile website that allows New Yorkers to stay engaged with their local government by learning about their representatives, reading about recent bills, and finding local events where they can play a part in improving their community.
The target audience for this output is New Yorkers of all ages who are interested in learning more about their local government.
The goal of this project was to make information about local government more digestible to New Yorkers by using clear language and solid design principles. When this information is accessible to all, more New Yorkers have the ability to be politically engaged.
